Kris Noel was born and raised in central New Jersey. She is a recent graduate of Montclair State University where she earned a degree in Anthropology along with a minor in Film. Kris began writing at a young age and has always aspired to be a novelist. Her favorite authors include Alex Garland, C.S. Lewis, J.M. Barrie, and Chuck Palahniuk. Along with writing, Kris is a film enthusiast, an avid reader, and amateur photographer.

Lionhead is her first book and she will continue to write about the thrilling adventures of her pint sized character Riley Bale.
